Our touring vehicle paid off. Without that monthly payment ($350) we would be able invest more of the money we earn back into what will make us more self sufficient and productive. Some of those things are listed below.
A new keyboard case for Ginger - After her old keyboard died a couple of years ago, she had to buy another keyboard - an those aren't cheep. Thank goodness for her credit account at Strait Music in Austin Texas. She worked for a year to pay it off. Every penny went to the keyboard so a case became 2nd priority. For the time being she has able to use her old hard shell case which doesn't exactly fit the new keyvoard (it won't close). If it stays laying down though its OK. This was meant to be a temporary solution. Since it won't close it has to be packed at the bottom of the trailer and if ginger wants to practice on the road she has to pull out every bit of gear to get to the keyboard. With a new case they could pack differently and not only would she be able to practice but it would be better for the well being of the keyboard in general.
Two memberships to TAXI - one membership costs $299.95 per year. TAXI helps unsigned bands, artists, and songwriters get record deals, publishing deals and placement in films and TV shows. This would be an invaluable tool, helping us reach the next level of success!
A separate bank acount with 5K balance (to start) to manage merchandise - It takes alot of money to record master and duplicate CD's... and we have alot of records to produce!!! Fortunately GBMOJO has a studio of their own for recording, but the mastering and duplication takes money. A seprate account would be a great way to manage the money needed to continually produce these recordings in a high quality package, and always have enough to produce the next batch.
